Read some of the reviews about the customer service - the manager who sat behind the counter was not helpful at all. I explained what I needed and he had zero suggestions. There was a very nice man who was outside watering the plants and he was super helpful. I think he felt bad that the manager could care less about securing my business. Too bad for you Southern Marsh Nursery - you just lost another customer.

I will not return to this nursery. When I arrived I was the only customer on the property. There were 3 people working at that time but none of them offered to leave the comfort of their air conditioned spot behind the counter. I had to go find what I was looking for alone and then carry the pots back to the office myself. Getting in and out of the building with pots in arm was difficult and no help was offered. The people who work there clearly don’t like their jobs. No customer service at all.

This place is amazing. I love flowers and they have a great variety of plants and pots. I was able to find bird of paradise, a plant my mom has been looking for and they had it. Mom was happy with her mother's day. Lady at front very helpful and knowledgeable.

Spent $1000 on 4 plants from this company less than 30 days ago, had them professionally planted with miracle grow & fertilizer. Made sure they were watered & as you can see good light. When I asked if the company had any kind of guarantee on their plants or any support or suggestions they said 👎🏻 no. The greenery on 278 HHI has a 100% guarantee, Lesson learned the hard way.
